1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using HkDevs CodeForge Database Studio ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

2. Software Description

HkDevs CodeForge Database Studio is a commercial Laravel package that extends FilamentPHP with comprehensive database management capabilities including schema visualization, migration management, health monitoring, smart seeding, automated documentation, and intelligent code generation.

3. Commercial License

The Software is offered under commercial licensing with two tiers:

• Regular License ($99): Use on one project with standard support
• Extended License ($349): Use on one project with extended support and priority assistance

4. Permitted Use

You may:

• Use the Software in accordance with your purchased license tier
• Modify the Software source code for internal use
• Deploy the Software in production environments
• Create derivative works for internal use

5. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software
• Make the Software available for download by third parties
• Remove proprietary notices or labels
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Software
• Use the Software to create competing products
• Share license keys with unauthorized users

6. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all source code, documentation, and related materials, is and remains the exclusive property of HkDevs. This license does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights.

7. Support and Updates

Support and updates are provided according to your license tier. Support is available via email during standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM GMT). Updates include bug fixes, security patches, and feature enhancements.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL HKDEVS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE.

10. Termination

We may terminate your license immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
