1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and upon payment of the applicable license fees, HkDevs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and deploy HkDevs CodeForge Database Studio in accordance with your purchased license tier.
2. License Scope
2.1 Regular License ($99)
- Use on one (1) commercial project or personal project
- Single end product for client or personal use
- Source code access and modification rights
- 6 months of updates and documentation support
- Standard email support
2.2 Extended License ($349)
- Use on one (1) commercial project or personal project
- Single end product for client or personal use
- Source code access and modification rights
- 12 months of updates and feature additions
- Priority email support with faster response times
- Extended customer support and consultation
3. Permitted Uses
You may:
- Use the Software in accordance with your purchased license tier
- Modify the Software source code for internal use
- Deploy the Software in production environments
- Create derivative works based on the Software for internal use
- Use the Software in client projects (within license limits)
4. Restrictions
You shall NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software or any portion thereof
- Make the Software available for download or use by third parties
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Use the Software to create competing products or services
- Share login credentials or license keys with unauthorized users
- Exceed the project limits of your license tier
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Software, including all source code, documentation, and related materials, is and remains the exclusive property of HkDevs. This License does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks, or any other rights in respect to the Software.

7. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. HkDevs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL HKDEVS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software license.
9. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. HkDevs may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
